Damaged or Defective Products

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Marcas Espana. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange. Please note that returns or exchanges are only accepted for unopened and unused products. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we receive the returned item.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to replace the item or issue a refund. Please provide photos of the damaged or defective product so we can improve our quality control processes and prevent similar issues in the future.
